Refund policy

Damaged or leaking on arrival. Send a photo of the box as it arrived, along with your order number, to hello@soulsoils.in within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the set free. You don't need to send anything back.

We don't accept returns otherwise. These are cosmetic products, so we can't take change-of-mind returns — opened or unopened.

Where a replacement isn't possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us approving your claim.

Cancellations are accepted any time before your order ships. Email us.
